Reading the prize table
- A Malaysian 4D draw produces 23 winning four-digit numbers. Three of them are the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize. Ten more are Special. The last ten are Consolation. Every one of them comes from the same draw.
- The categories are about how much a matching number pays, not about how it was drawn. A Consolation number was not drawn «later» or «less carefully» than the 1st Prize — it simply sits in the lowest-paying band.
- Da Ma Cai's 1+3D adds a 3D reading of the same numbers, so one draw feeds both a four-digit and a three-digit prize structure.
- Singapore Pools uses «Starter» where Malaysian operators use «Special». Same position in the table, different word.
- Jackpot games attached to a draw — 4D Jackpot, 4D Jackpot Gold, 1+3D Jackpot, DMC Jackpot — are separate games with their own rules and their own rolling pools, even though they run on the same evening.
- Exact payout amounts are set by each operator and change with bet type and draw. Read them from the operator you bought from rather than from any aggregator, this one included.
Why there are twenty-three positions
A Malaysian 4D draw fills 23 positions from one draw: three top prizes, ten Special and ten Consolation. The categories describe what a match pays, not the order or care with which numbers were drawn. Background on the 4-Digits game.
Payout amounts are set by each operator and change with bet type and draw — read them from the operator you bought from, such as Magnum's own draw results page or Da Ma Cai's own past draw results page, rather than from any aggregator including this one.
