How to read a draw against your slip, and what actually decides a prize.

Reading the draw
- Find the operator and the draw date printed on your slip first. A number that won on Magnum did not win on Toto — each operator runs its own draw, and the same date has a different set of numbers for every brand.
- Compare your four digits against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize, then the ten Special and ten Consolation numbers for that same draw. On Da Ma Cai the 1+3D structure adds a 3D component drawn from the same numbers.
- Big and Small change what you are paid, not which numbers win: a Small bet pays only on the top three prizes, a Big bet pays across all 23 positions but pays less on each.
